Newsom is dishonest. His circular talking during his governorship was unbearable, his lies were revolting…… all along doing the wrong thing while not doing the right thing…. His podcast is self-serving. I will not forget his gleeful face at the DNC last summer as he was sure Kamala was going to lose and he would be running next. He is only hungry for power.
You are correct in your observation that Newsome is not indifferent to the political reality that holding your breath and stomping your feet won’t win your political battles. Unfortunately for the left, he’s way ahead of their emotional development. At some point, it must be realized that taking the 20% position on and 80/20 issue is not going to win you political power. But, hey, bold move. More power to ya’.
And he can use this slogan: "Gavin Newsom - He'll Do to America What He Did to California!". He can't lose.
