I find it hard to believe that WaPo readers would not question this even if they personally support the policies. I read the WaPo for a year when they were practically giving away subscriptions. The reader comments showed that the readers think they are very highly intelligent, that they are somewhat delusional based on their beliefs, and have very little humor. So maybe they are really smart enough and delusional enough to believe the "study."

Scary. Deception in data is always frightening.

If economics is the primary depopulation culprit,

incentives for couples should be a federal priority.

The mention of the " collective unconscious " , a theme of Carl Jung, as the most common human universal emotional imagery buried in the deepest reservoir of the minds ,is fascinating. A bit more analysis of this theory might help us understand the fanatical mentally ill tsunami of idiotic woke ideologies. What is " at the bottom of the lake" , what is that helps these ideologies conquer and be so hungry for missionary success, whatever it takes.
