I just open the email and play it on the laptop.....I get other mailings and the sound is fine. Others of yours have also been ok. Not sure why this one sounds so soft.

I tested it on Apple Podcasts on my iPhone and it started off at a low volume, but I was able to turn the volume up using the slider.
